Delivery

We offer free delivery across the New Forest, East Dorset, Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton, Salisbury, and Cranborne Chase. A minimum order of £65 applies. We aim to deliver within 5 working days, though due to our extended delivery hours it's often much quicker.

Postcodes covered include BH, PO, SO, and SP. Delivery to the Isle of Wight is available but may incur an additional charge — please contact us before ordering.

Crate Delivery

Our pallet courier usually delivers orders using an 18-tonne lorry equipped with a tail lift. This means the kerbside outside your property must be accessible for a large vehicle. As a general rule, if a bin lorry can reach your road, an 18-tonne lorry should be able to as well — however, the final decision will be made by the driver.

For reference, the vehicle dimensions are:

Length: 11 metres
Height: 4 metres
Weight class: 18T
Please note, the driver may be unable to access your road if there are:

Low overhead cables or overhanging branches
Low bridges or bridges with weight restrictions
Narrow roads that prevent the vehicle from manoeuvring or turning

Deliveries are contracted as kerbside only, meaning the driver is only required to unload the pallet at the roadside. Whether they can or are willing to move it closer to your preferred location is entirely at their discretion. A good rule of thumb is to expect your pallet to be left where you place your bins for collection. Drivers can sometimes position it closer, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions and you have not informed us of this when placing your order, the haulier will charge for a second delivery. Any additional costs will be your responsibility. Please ensure a large delivery vehicle can access your property and remember that delivery is kerbside only. If the order is returned to us, you will be liable for the haulier’s return charges.

Pallet trucks cannot be used on slopes, gravel, grass, or any uneven surface that the driver deems unsuitable.
